CANADA POST LABOUR DISRUPTION

Effective July 5th, all Books for Business orders will be shipped by Canpar Courier until further notice.

Please note that Canpar Courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a full physical business or residential address to have your order delivered.

In the event that you are not able to sign for your order, please note that Canpar may make 1 additional delivery attempt the following business day or leave you notice as to a pick up location in your neighbourhood to pick up your order.

ACCOUNT PRE-APPROVAL

How do I get pre-approved in order to be able to pay by cheque?

Books for Business is pleased to offer invoicing and payment by cheque for pre-approved customers only. Please call us at 1-800-387-1417 in order to be pre-approved.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What are my shipping options?

Books purchased in Canada are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel (2-8 business days).

Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to inclement weather, inventory volumes, and postal holidays, however if you have not received your books in a reasonable time period, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you.  

I live in the Oakville area. Can I pick up my order at the Books for Business Warehouse?

Yes! Please give us a call at 1-800-387-1417 to place your order without a shipping charge and arrange for pickup. 

I don't live in Canada. Can I buy books? 

Absolutely! For security reasons, our website only accepts orders for Canadian customers, however please give us a call at 1-800-387-1417 and we'd be happy to place your order by phone. 

What is your return policy?

Changed Your Mind?

We offer a full refund, less shipping and a 30% restocking fee for all books returned within 30 days for shipment. Books must be returned in excellent condition, with an unbroken spine and no visible signs of wear. The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping to Books for Business.

Exception: CEBS Study materials are not returnable and no refunds will be made.

Damaged/Incorrect Shipment?

Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 1-800-387-1417 and we'd be happy to replace your shipment free of charge.

I just need a few copies of a book - how should I order?
