The Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation delivers benefits expertise supported by research-based best practices with a curriculum developed by Dalhousie University. Whether you are looking to break into the industry, currently work in employee benefits or are an experienced benefits professional, CEBS provides you with the knowledge you need to tackle the challenges you will face throughout your career in benefits. To earn the designation, you will complete five required courses and exams, using a self-paced, self-study curriculum.
