Yes! Please give us a call at 416-362-7822 or toll free at 1-800-387-1417 to place your order without a shipping charge and arrange for pickup. 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.

Damaged/Incorrect Shipment?

Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 1-800-387-1417 and we'd be happy to replace your shipment free of charge.

Incorrect Address

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is accurate. Books for Business is not responsible for orders shipped to an inaccurate or incomplete address. If the package is returned to Books for Business, we will contact you to correct your address before a second delivery attempt is made and you will need to pay shipping again. You will also have the option of a refund less shipping fees. You will still be responsible for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges.
