What are my shipping options?

Books purchased in Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS expedited parcel (2-8 business days).

Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to inclement weather, inventory volumes, and postal holidays, however if you have not received your books in a reasonable time period, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you.  

I live in the Oakville area. Can I pick up my order at the Books for Business Warehouse?

Yes! Please give us a call at 416-362-7822 or toll free at 1-800-387-1417 to place your order without a shipping charge and arrange for pickup. 

I don't live in Canada. Can I buy books? 

Absolutely! For security reasons, our website only accepts orders for Canadian customers, however please give us a call at 1-800-387-1417 and we'd be happy to place your order by phone. 

What is your return policy?

Changed Your Mind?

We offer a full refund, less shipping and a 30% restocking fee for all books returned within 30 days for shipment. Books must be returned in excellent condition, with an unbroken spine and no visible signs of wear. The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping to Books for Business.

Exception: CEBS Study materials are not returnable and no refunds will be made.

Damaged/Incorrect Shipment?
